FAQ:
1.Why are some products showing Pre-Order, but some are showing Ready Stock?
We are a company which is based in China Mainland, every piece of watch in Cronus Art is our craftsman's effort. All of our watches are manually and carefully assembled parts by parts until its perfect. Therefore, most of our watches will only be ready after a pick from the customer. This is to make sure that the watch we deliver to your hand are perfectly made, quality checked & as fresh a daisy. This is why there will be some products showing Pre-Order, and some are showing Ready Stock.

2.How long does it take to ship out my order?
For Pre-Order items, the shipping time will be 10-14 working days. For Ready Stock items, the time for shipping will be 3 working days.

3.What is the 2 Years Warranty covering?
Our 2 Years Warranty is covering the movement & any non-human damage on the watch only.
For example of the movement warranty: the movement is not working properly or having any other issue.
For example of the non-human damage: the casing of the watch is cracked without any external force or damage or the watch is having defective parts after receiving.

4.How to claim the warranty if I bought it in Malaysia?
All of Cronus Art watches are having a 2 Years of warranty, whithin the warrranty period, if there is anything happens, you may email to us for eligibility check. If it is eligible for claiming the warranty, we will then send you a shipping label (AWB), you willl need to attach the label on your well packed parcel, and bring to the courier site to drop off. Once we have received the products, we will then repair the watch or have a replacement for you (Depending on situation). The whole process may take up to 14-21 working days.

5.How to claim the warranty if I bought it outside of Malaysia?
Currently, we do not accept any international order from this website. Only Malaysia customers are accepted of buying our products from this website.

6.Is the watches selling in this website are authentic from Cronus Art?
Yes! All of our products selling in this Malaysia official website are 100% Authentic! Every piece of the watch is coming with a uniqie series number on its back, and this number will be the same as its warranty card. 

7.Can I cancel an order after I have completed the payment?
No. Most of our watches are assembled upon order. After an order is placed, the watch will be ready as soon as possible and will then be shipped from China all the way to Malaysia. Therefore, customers are not allowed to cancel an order if we have received the order from the system. We strongly suggest customers to be more cautious when making your choice of models.

8.What if I received a defective watch?
If you noticed the watch received is defective, kindly email to us at info@cronusart.com.my together with the proof and explanation within 1 calender day (1 day after your parcel is showing "Delivered" in the tracking system). If the watch is eligible for an exchange, we will then guide you through the exchanging process in email.
